Placing Orders, Returns & Exchanges
By placing an order with Wedideas.com you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
All of our Flowers are High Quality Silks or Natural Touch.
Terms & Conditions when ordering:
1- All Orders require at least a 40% Down Payment. All Down Payments are Non-Refundable. Balance is due before Shipping in the form of Money Order, Checks or Credit Cards.
2- It is the responsibility of the Customer to make sure your Order is Accurate, Detailed and Complete. Include everything that is important to you. We will follow your specifications during production of your order. If you liked a particular silk flower/filler/etc for your arrangements please make a note of this in your order. We are not responsible for omissions and errors when placing an order.
3- If you requested it, you will receive pictures of the bouquets and large decorations only when they are completed. These will not show ribbons as they are added the day we ship to protect them from getting wrinkled. We do not send pictures of boutonnieres, corsages or other small items. Your order will be made so that all items match and have the same style.
4- Costs for 'limited' changes that do not require re-making a bouquet will be included if they are within the selections made and quoted: i.e. add more Baby's Breath, Replace 1 Red Rose for 1 Ivory. NOT INCLUDED: Replace all Yellow Roses in the bouquet for White, Add Callas or Replace Orchids for Lilies.
5- Changes that are not within the quoted selections, or re-making a bouquet will be charged separately and we will quote you a price before moving forward with the change. The minimum charge for this would be 20% of the cost of the bouquet. Any changes to an Order will cause a delay in the Shipping Date Assigned and New Pictures may not be possible due to timing.
6- In some instances it may be necessary to substitute flowers when the one selected is not available. We will always use an equal or better quality flower. We will not use a flower different than selected (i.e.: we will replace one ivory rose for another ivory rose, not for an ivory peony). If you liked a particular flower for your arrangements please make a note of this in your order. Please note that when a Color of Ribbon or Main Color for an item is not specify, the default color is Ivory or White Wrap w/ Pearl Seam or the Designer's Choice based on what would look best.
7- About Color Matching: We will do our best to match the colors of your wedding to the flowers. But the only way to know the colors will look great together is sending a Swatch, otherwise computer monitors can be deceiving when comparing colors. We can make sure the colors will look great together and will compliment each other nicely, but we can not guarantee an exact match.
8- Because all of our work is custom made and all flowers are specially ordered, we can not accept returns or cancellations. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to be re-arranged and this service is Free + Shipping Costs. Additional charges may apply for new materials you may need. This service is available for up to 3 days after the flowers are received. If exchanging an item is required, we will charge the new item cost to your card and refund the cost of the initial item once it's returned.
9- Flower Quality: We work with High Quality Silk and Real Touch Flowers. If you are unsure of the quality of our flowers, please order a Sample Loose Flower before proceeding with your order. We LOVE all of the flowers we use and look for the highest quality available on the market. But we know that what may seem amazing to one person, may not be as much to the next. We can not however accept return due to a customer not being happy with the materials used. If in doubt, please order a sample loose flower.
10- All orders with balances overdue after 45 days past the Set shipping Date will be canceled and all deposits will be forfeit. Delays in paying your Balance will result in delays on Shipping.
11- Since all of our Work is Custom Made and we special order flowers for each Wedding, All Deposits are Non-Refundable. In case of Cancellation with at least 45 days notice, we will make your down payment available for a later order by the same customer for a period of 12 months.
Terms for Rush Order Items:
1- All Orders and Stem/Supplies Orders must be paid in Full at the time of placing an order.
2- We ship these Orders within 10 to 15 Business Days, depending on the time of the year. During Wedding Season (April to October) it will be 15 Business Days. PLEASE make a note of your Wedding Date when checking out.
3- In some instances it may be necessary to substitute flowers when the one selected is not available. We will always use an equal or better quality flower. We will not use a flower different than selected.
4- All sales are FINAL. In some instances when flowers are available we can accommodate an exchange.
