Shipping & Returns
How do you pack your products?
  We shipped in Double Sided Boxes. We use Shipping Peanuts, Tissue Paper and plastic bags for Boutonnieres and Corsages.

Our experience shows that the best way to ship flowers is tightly pack so there will be no room for them to move around the box and therefore get damaged during transit.
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship all over the US, Canada, Caribbean and Europe. We also ship to some countries in South America and Asia. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Please email us for an accurate Shipping Cost, the costs provided in our Shopping Cart MAY NOT BE ACCURATE when shipping internationally and may have to be updated after your order is placed. We will however contact you before making adjustments.

When shipping Internationally we use USPS Priority Mail, so the package will be delivered by the local Postal System. Please note that once we release the package for shipping, USPS and your countries' Postal System are responsible for delivery. You can upgrade to UPS/Fedex at an additional cost.
What Shipping Companies do you ship with?
  Domestic Orders:

We ship via UPS Ground, which takes between 2 to 6 Business days within the Continental USA. We do offer the option of Shipping USPS Priority or Express at an additional charge.
A $3 Charge will be added to all orders for SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This is required by the Credit Card companies to avoid fraudulent chargebacks.

International Orders:

UPS to Canada: No PO Boxes please. Takes about 5 to 7 Business Days.

Other Countries: USPS  Air Mail, which takes between 4 to 10 Business Days to reach the Country of  Destiny, additional shipping time may be required locally.
Local delivery will be provided by the country of destiny's Postal  Service. There is no tracking number provided for the package. This  is the default method quoted unless otherwise requested.

We can upgrade your shipping method to USPS  Global Express, which will take 2 to 4 business days to reach the Country  of Destiny. Local delivery will be provided by the country of destiny's Postal  Service. This service will provides a Tracking Number until it reaches the  country of destiny.
Late, Damaged & Lost Packages
  Though it is VERY rare and we've only had to file 3 Claims with UPS in all our years in business, unfortunately sometimes things do get lost or damaged.

Please note the responsibility of the package arriving safely and in time lies with UPS or USPS. A claim MUST be filled and approved with the carrier before a partial/full refund can be processed. will however help you file the claim, help you replace what can be replaced or fixed and we will make every effort on our part to make sure you have your bouquet for your wedding.
