When choosing a bouquet size, you should consider:
-Style of Bouquet: Modern Bouquets tend to be a bit smaller and less packed. Traditional weddings will call for a larger, more sumptuous bouquet.
-Size and Style of Dress: A Large dress will probably look better with a larger bouquet as well, but it also depends on the style of the dress, just like the style of the bouquet.
- Size difference you want between the Bride and Bridesmaids Bouquets.
- Flower Mix you want to have in your Bouquet. If you want to use a a lot of different flowers and fillers, you will probably need a larger bouquet to make sure you have enough space for all of them and they won't look too packed.

What are the most popular Bouquet Sizes?

The most popular size for a Bridal Bouquet is a 12" Wide Hand Tied. But an 11" or 10" make great Bridal Bouquet sizes as well. For a Cascading Design, the most popular is the "Full & Elegant". For Bridesmaids the most popular size is the 8" Wide, and usually 9" Wide for MoH.

But there is no rule here, just what you like best!

How do you determine the size of a Bouquet?

We determine the size of the bouquet by inches. When we mention a 10" Wide Bouquet, it does not mean a 10" wide flat, because the bouquet will curve down to the sides a bit. So a 10" Wide Bouquet would be about 9" Wide front view. We do have an estimate of how many open medium roses or other medium size flowers will fit in each bouquet and here is a breakdown. Please note these are estimates and it will depend on the size of the flower and fillers used.

ROUND BOUQUETS:
7" Wide: About 7 to 9 Roses.
8" Wide: About 9 to 12 Roses.
9" Wide: About 13 to 16 Roses.
10" Wide: About 16 to 18 Roses.
11" Wide: About 18 to 20 Roses.
12" Wide: About 20 to 23 Roses.

CASCADING BOUQUETS:
Small & Delicate: Between 9 and 10" Wide, and 16 to 18" Long. (depending on the design)
Full & Elegant: Between 11 and 12" Wide, and 20 to 22" Long. (depending on the design)
Large & Luscious: Around 14" Wide, and 23 to 26" Long. (depending on the design)
