- Where does Wedideas.com Ship to?
We
ship all over the US, Canada, Caribbean and Europe.
We also ship to some countries in South America and Asia. Please email us
for an accurate Shipping Cost.
2- How long does it take to receive the flowers?
During
'Wedding Season' (April to August), please allow between 2 & 4 months
to complete your order. The rest of the year, please allow between 1 & 3 months to complete your
order.
We ask that you provide us with a desired shipping date so we can schedule
your shipment with enough time.
We work as well with Rush Orders and we accept orders up to year in advance. It's never too early to order your flowers!
Samples Ship within 2 Weeks. The actual shipping time will take between 3 to 6 Business Days within the US and at least 10 Days outside the US.
3- Does Wedideas.com customize orders?
Yes, we customize ALL of our items to meet the Bride's requirements. We can change the Color of the Ribbons, the Color of the Flowers, change the size, the stems, and much much more. What ever you need... You dream it, we make it!
4- Do customization Requests have an Extra Cost?
If you are changing the Color of the Roses within the same quality, or Ribbon, there will be no Extra Cost. There may be a charge if you are changing the Flowers used (i.e. Callas instead of Orchids) or the size. The prices of our items go by size and flowers used, not by the changes made or custom work.
5- Do you have other designs not shown in the Website?
Yes, we do have many other designs of Bouquets, Decorations and Accessories that we can email you upon request. Please let us know what Colors or Styles you are looking for.
6- How do I know if I will like my Flowers?
When your order is completed, before it's shipped out, we will email you pictures of your items to make sure that you like them. You can let us know at that time if you wish to make any changes.
7- What Finishing Details do your Bouquets include?
We
include Ribbon in ALL Bouquets. Our default ribbon finish is a ribbon wrap with a Pearl Seam detail. You can also request for Bows, Ballerina Criss Cross, Tied Knots and much more. You can also finish the stems with our Stem Jewels.
The default Ribbon
used unless requested otherwise is Ivory or White, according to your Flowers.
If you want to use a specific color or style, please let us know.
Some designs will include Life-like Stems Showing. You can upgrade any bouquet with that option as well as opting for a Tussie Mussie at an additional cost.
We will use Scent Spray upon request.
8- How are your Corsages Finished?
All of our Corsages will be finished exactly like the ones you see online. They all include Bows and Pearl Pins for securing them to the dress.
You can UPGRADE any corsage to be done as a WRIST Corsages. This is done by using an elastic wristband. You can also choose one of our many decorative wristbands. Please note that making a corsage into a wrist design will alter the shape of it. But we will use the same flowers and fillers than the original design.
9- What Color Roses do you Carry?
We carry Roses in ALL Colors: White, Ivory, Cream, Pink, Red, Orange, Burgundy, Cranberry, Mauve, Lavender, Purple, Blue, Light Blue, Periwinkle, Yellow, Peach and some Specialty Roses like Edge Pink, Burgundy Edge, Burgundy Center and more.
Please note not all colors are available in all qualitites. Natural Touch Flowers have less colors available.
10- What materials are your Flowers made of?
Most of our flowers are made of Velvet, Silk, Satin or Natural Touch. Not all Rose Colors come in all 3 types.
Our
Calla Lilies are either made of Foam or Latex, as these are the most realistc
looking Callas.
Please note we do not use Silk Calla Lilies as those are of poor quality and
do not hold their shape.
Whichever your flower choice is, we will use the best quality Flower available in your Color. If you want to lear more about the quality of our flowers, please visit our Natural Touch Section.
11- What Type of Flowers do you carry?
We carry a wide variety of Flowers: Roses, Callas, Orchids, Lilies, Magnolias, Ranunculus, Hibiscus, Gerbera Daisies, Daisies, Tulips, Hydrangeas, Lilies of the Valley, Stephanotis, Lilacs and Much More.
12- What Type of Fillers and Accents can you use?
We can use Baby's Breath, Stephanotis, Gypsophila, Berries, Gold Tone Preserved Baby's Breath, Color & Clear Crystals, Pearls, Pearl Sprays, Rhinestones, Rhinestone Flowers, Porcelain Mini Stephanotis and other Accents upon Request.
13- How Does Wedideas.com Ship the Flowers?
We shipped in Double Sided Boxes via UPS. We use Shipping Peanuts and plastic bags for Boutonnieres and Corsages.
Our
experience shows that the best way to ship flowers is tightly pack so there
will be no room for them to move around the box and therefore get damaged
during transit.
14- Do you have Catalogs?
We do not have printed Catalogs, our Catalog is online!
