How the System Works

We want to make sure that your flowers are what you always wanted at an affordable price! All of our work (except the Ready to Go items) is CUSTOM MADE. When you order an item shown in our website, we will make it just for you, we do not have any items already made. Because of this we can customize all of our items with different flowers, colors and details, just for you!

We can also work on a new design specially for you. If you have any ideas or seen pictures of something you'd like, you can email us with it and we'll create it for you. You Dream it, We Make it!

Final pictures of your bouquets and decorations will be emailed to you for your approval, before we ship your Order. You can let us know at that time if you want to make any adjustments. Limited changes within the quoted selections will be included in your initial cost.

Some important things:
Because our work is custom made by hand, you might see slight differences between the final product and the one shown online.
Also, when you place your order and pay for your deposit we will immediately order your flowers. For this reason if you need to make changes, there might be a charge associated with this.

Please order as soon as you are ready, do not delay as you may not get the shipping date you want.We recommend whenever possible to order at least 4 months in advance. Rush orders are available with 20% Service Charge.

Terms & Conditions for CUSTOM ORDERS: By placing an order with Wedideas.com you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1- All Orders require a 40% Down Payment. All Down Payments are Non-Refundable. Balance is due before Shipping in the form of Money Order, Checks or Credit Cards. Once an order has been started, we can not accept cancellations.

2- It is the responsibility of the Customer to make sure the Excel Order Form is Accurate, Detailed and Complete. Include everything that is important to you like Quality Grade you are ordering, Color Specification (i.e. Ivory vs White), Ribbon Choices, etc. We will follow this Sheet during production of your order. If you liked a particular flower/filler/etc for your arrangements please make a note of this in your order. We are not responsible for omissions and errors when filling up this form.

3- You will receive pictures of the bouquets and large decorations only when they are completed. These will not show ribbons as they are added the day we ship to protect them from getting wrinkled. We do not send pictures of boutonnieres, corsages or other small items. Your order will be made so that all items match and have the same style.

4- Costs for 'limited' changes that do not require re-making a bouquet will be included if they are within the selections made and quoted: i.e. add more Baby's Breath, Replace 1 Red Rose for 1 Ivory. NOT INCLUDED: Replace all Yellow Roses in the bouquet for White, Add Callas or Replace Orchids for Lilies.

5- Changes that are not within the quoted selections, or re-making a bouquet will be charged separately and we will quote you a price before moving forward with the change. The minimum charge for this would be 20% of the cost of the bouquet. Any changes to an Order will cause a delay in the Shipping Date Assigned and New Pictures may not be possible due to timing.

6- In some instances it may be necessary to substitute flowers when the one selected is not available. We will always use an equal or better quality flower. We will not use a flower different than selected (i.e.: we will replace one ivory rose for another ivory rose, not for an ivory peony). If you liked a particular flower for your arrangements please make a note of this in your order. Please note that when a Color of Ribbon or Main Color for an item is not specify, the default color is Ivory or White Wrap w/ Pearl Seam or the Designer's Choice based on what would look best.

7- About Color Matching: We will do our best to match the colors of your wedding to the flowers. But the only way to know the colors will look great together is sending a Swatch, otherwise computer monitors can be deceiving when comparing colors. We can make sure the colors will look great together and will compliment each other nicely, but we can not guarantee an exact match.

8- We can NOT guarantee that a ribbon will match your colors unless we have a swatch on hand.

9- Because all of our work is custom made and all flowers are specially ordered, we can not accept returns or cancellations.
If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to be re-arranged and this service is FREE if there was an error on our part.

If the changes requested are not an error on our part, you can still receive this service, but there will be additional charges: Shipping Both Ways, if we need to order new materials or if there is extensive labor. his service is available for up to 3 days after the flowers are received.

If replacing an item is required, we will charge the new item cost to your card and refund the cost of the initial item once it's returned. Shipping Costs are non-refundable and items returned for exchange for completely different items will have a restocking fee of 30%.

Please be assured we always make EVER EFFORT on our part to assure all customers are happy with their order.

10- Once an order has been paid it will be moved to the shipping process. Please note our shipping time is 3 to 5 business days in average.

11- All orders with balances overdue after 30 days past the Set shipping Date will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeit. Delays in paying your Balance will result in delays on Shipping.

12- Since all of our Work is Custom Made and we special order flowers for each Wedding, All Deposits are Non-Refundable. In case of Cancellation we will make your deposit available for a later order.

To start working on your Order we require a 40% deposit. Balance is due before shipping, after you approve your pictures.

Domestic Orders: Wedideas.com ships via UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise), which takes between 2 to 6 Business days within the Continental USA. We do offer the option of Overnight or 2nd Day for Rush Orders at an additional charge.

A $3 Charge will be added to all orders for SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. This is required by the Credit Card companies to avoid fraudulent chargebacks. Unfortunately it has happened before that Customers have filed Charge Backs claiming they didn't receive the flowers when they actually did.

Single Bouquets: $12
Complete Sets: Between $18 and $45 depending on quantity/size.
Complete Sets w/ Decorations (i.e. Tall & Long Arrangements, Centerpieces, etc): Between $35 and $60 depending on quantity/size. International
Orders: We Ship to Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and many other Countries.
Wedideas.com provides different options:UPS to Canada: No PO Boxes please. Takes about 5 to 7 Business Days.

USPS Air Mail, which takes between 4 to 10 Business Days to reach the Country of Destiny. Local delivery will be provided by the country of destiny's Postal Service. There is no tracking number provided for the package. This is the default method quoted unless otherwise requested. USPS Global Express, which will take 2 to 4 business days to reach the Country of Destiny. Local delivery will be provided by the country of destiny's Postal Service. This service will provide a Tracking Number until it reaches the country of destiny. Estimates Cost via USPS Air Mail:
Single Bouquets: $18 / $25
Sample Flowers: $15
Complete Sets: Between $40 and $60 depending on quantity/size.
Complete Sets w/ Decorations: Between $60 and $90 depending on quantity/size.Your actual shipping cost will be quoted at the time of ordering.
Note: To change the Shipping Address for your order, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL with the new address for our records.

Damaged packages: We've only had to file 3 Claims with UPS in all our years in business. So even though these cases are extremely rare, unfortunately sometimes they happen. Please note the responsibility of the package arriving safely lies with UPS or USPS. Wedideas.com will help you file the claim, help you replace what can be replaced or fixed and we will make every effort on our part to make sure you have your bouquet for your wedding. But the claim MUST be filled and approved with UPS before a refund can be processed.

Please plan accordingly to allow your order to be shipped on a timely fashion.
